How to order for the custom service

Customers choose one of the samples they want to order.
Customers write down the description for their request in order form.
Customers send order form to ThemeGallery in Custom services pages.
Customers will receive the estimate from ThemeGallery in 3 days.
If customers accept the estimate, ThemeGallery starts the service.
Customers have to pay for all the cost for custom services before services. ThemeGallery will provide the way to customers how to pay for it.
Customers can give ThemeGallery more detail information about the order (ex. reference or color, text and so on)
ThemeGallery will send to Customer the completed products.
Customers can request by 3 times to modify it.
After 3 times, if Customers are not satisfied with that, ThemeGallery will refund 50% of the original price to the customers.
